Runner-up finish in No. 97 at Senoia

Brandon Overton invaded Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon to pilot his brothers No. 97 Late Model for the Southern All Star Series-sanctioned Michael Head Jr. Memorial. Earning the third-starting position for the $5,054-to-win A-Main via time trial results, Overton made a charge for the lead late in the race but fell short, marking him second on the rundown. He followed Ashton Winger to the checkers with Dalton Cook, Payton Freeman, and Oliver Gentry rounding out the Top-5.
